QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES / ACCESSWIRE / December 14, 2021 / CGS International, Inc. (OTC PINK: CGSI) (the “Company” or “CGSI”), a publicly traded, high-growth, full-reporting company focused on the development and sale of organic plant enhancers, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, World Agri Minerals Inc. has entered into an agreement with Clarose Multipurpose Cooperative (“CMPC”), a 625-member agricultural production cooperative based in the Philippines. Under the terms of the agreement, CGSI will provide its GENESIS 89 ⢠organic crop enhancer, technical support, and agricultural use demonstrations and tutorials to CMPC and its members, while CMPC will provide certain economic benefits to its members for using the GENESIS 89 product.
The agreement has an initial term of one year, can be extended by mutual agreement, and provides for an exclusive agreement between the company and CMPC under which CMPC will purchase our flagship plant booster GENESIS 89 for all of its agricultural production cooperative members. Genesis 89 is expected to increase crop yield, result in shorter harvest times, reduce the use of other fertilizers and pesticides, and increase the germination rate of seeds and saplings.
âWe assume that the CMPC members will use over 18,000 liters of the GENESIS 89 protocol per growing season on the approximately 1,200 hectares of arable land that the CMPC members are working on. At US $ 30.00 per liter, we are excited about the potential of this transaction and not just the expected revenue for the company, but most importantly the positive impact on the environment and the crops, âsaid Ramon Mabanta, CEO of the company.
âThis is a real milestone for us as the first sales contract. We hope this will lead to a domino effect of advocacy for other cooperatives and increased awareness of our flagship products, âconcluded Mabanta.
