Grand Gorge Man dead, trucks found in Greene County Creek



A man in Grand Gorge, New York, is dead after the State Police landed his pickup truck in a creek.

On Wednesday 1st

Greene County paramedics were the first to arrive and found the truck driver dead.

New York State Police believe the driver was traveling north on State Route 42 in Lexington when the vehicle exited the east strip. The truck then hit a power pole and came to a stop in a stream.

The driver was identified by police as 53-year-old Douglas Cronk.

Authorities say the crash is still being investigated.
