To prepare this dish, first place your vegetables in boiling water so they become soft. Until then, prepare the dough. For the dough, mix cornstarch, maida, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper. Add enough water to create a free-flowing consistency. Dip the vegetables in the batter and fry them in oil. Then add a little oil in a separate pan and prepare the sauce.
